 Harris County intentional tort lawsuit against client's former "boyfriend" who assaulted her with karate blows to her face and who fractured her wrist. Judgment of $87,500.00 for actual and punitive damages awarded.

 Williamson County wrongful death lawsuit for hit and run death of pedestrian. Driver fled scene and failed to stop and render aid. Driver later apprehended. Settlement with uninsured carrier for over $150,000.00.

 Travis County wrongful death lawsuit against owners of Austin night club for homicide of minor caused by inadequate security. Settlement of $235,000.00.

 Travis County intentional tort lawsuit against drug treatment center for sexual assault of patient by drug-rehab intern. Case settled prior to trial for $150,000.00.

 Travis County wrongful death lawsuit against owners of Austin nightclub and shopping center for homicide of minor caused by inadequate security. Mr. Madison alleged and proved that there were numerous criminal offenses occurring on the premises, gang activity, inadequate lighting, and inadequate security measures. Settlement for $235,000.00 prior to trial.

 Travis County claim against concert promoter and concert-security company for injuries client suffered when she was body-slammed onto concert stage by untrained bouncer who assaulted her during an illegal arrest. Case settled before suit filed for $78,000.00.

 Travis County wrongful death lawsuit against an international convenience store chain for homicide of customer killed at gas pumps during car-jacking/robbery [numerous criminal offenses occurring on the premises, gang activity, inadequate lighting, and inadequate security measures, alleged]. Confidential settlement reached before trial. Two other attorneys turned case down prior to Mr. Madison accepting the case.

 Travis County wrongful death lawsuit against HMO clinic and treating physician for negligence and failure to properly treat young mother diagnosed with chickenpox (varicella) pneumonia. Case settled prior to trial for $500,000.00.
