 Travis County claim against concert promoter and concert-security company for injuries client suffered when she was body-slammed onto concert stage by untrained bouncer who assaulted her during an illegal arrest. Case settled before suit filed for $78,000.00.

 Travis County wrongful death lawsuit against an international convenience store chain for homicide of customer killed at gas pumps during car-jacking/robbery [numerous criminal offenses occurring on the premises, gang activity, inadequate lighting, and inadequate security measures, alleged].
